Accessible to anyone aged 16 and over who can swim, this SUP tour of Cape Town will allow you to rediscover the city's must-see sites from the ocean with a guide who is a specialist in the region.

This supervised and organised activity starts when you arrive at the Oceana Power Boat Club. On site, your guide will be waiting with all the equipment you need for your SUP excursion in Cape Town. You don't need to have any previous experience of stand-up paddling, as the instructors will introduce you to all the basics of the sport before you set off.

When you're ready, you'll follow your guide to explore Table Bay by stand-up paddle. This guided excursion will give you the chance to slow down and enjoy a relaxing moment in tune with nature. What's more, SUP is an environmentally-friendly activity that's perfect for exploring Table Bay without disturbing its flora and fauna. If you're lucky, you might even spot dolphins, sunfish, seals and penguins running through the kelp forests.

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

All minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult or bring a written parental authorisation with them to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

A minimum number of 2 participants is required to run this activity.

Special terms

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes in advance and prepare to sign an indemnity.

Parking is available outside of the Powerboat Club.

Spectators are welcome to wait at the shop until the guests comes back. There are drinks and refreshments for all to enjoy.
