The guide Jannik and the captain Adrey were very exhaustive and they took us to Barentsburg and to other mining sites, describing them with facts and stories. We also saw a lot of animals.

Geoffrey kept checking in on everyone, making sure that we were all okay and well provided for. He offered blankets to those who needed and he helped them with the blankets. He opened m soup for me and helped me get in and out of the taxi and boat. He was beautifully supportive and truly friendly.
