Course of events

- Meeting with the instructor at the specified location.
- Equipment set up.
- Approach walk to the cave.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Introductory caving session in the caves of Saint-Pé-de-Bigorre, Bruges, Rébénacq or Arudy, including: walking, climbing and negotiating low passages.
- De-equipment and debriefing.

It is imperative to be able to be in good physical condition to do this activity.

Underground, the temperature is constant: 13 ° in most caves. You should wear long and flexible sportswear, and favor materials that do not retain moisture (polyester or polyamide for example).
