Advanced freediving lesson in the Cap Corse Marine Park from Bastia: take a boat out to the coast of Bastia for an advanced freediving lesson lasting 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on the size of the group).
Please allow 2 hours for the whole activity.
- Welcome at the Corsica Sub diving centre in Bastia 15 minutes before the start of the activity
- Introduction to the freediving instructors and the course of the activity, with the day's objectives according to your level of freediving and your expectations
- Freediving equipment distribution (you can bring your own equipment)
- Wetsuit equipment in separate men's and women's changing rooms in the harbour master's office, just next door
- Boarding the boat for a 5-minute sail out to sea
- Set up of freediving workshops with a maximum of 4 students per cable and instructor (free immersion, constant weight, variable weight, etc., with other possible workshops depending on your level: wreck visit, static session, etc.)
- Freediving lesson for 1 to 1.5 hours (depending on the size of the group)
- Sailing back to Bastia's Old Port (5 to 15 minutes)
- Disembarkation, return of equipment and de-equipping in the changing rooms, where showers are available
- Debriefing of the experience (approx. 15 minutes) with a fresh drink to end of the activity
The objectives are personalised and adapted to each diver's level: swimming with the fins, compensation, underwater hunting techniques, etc.
All participants need to be able to swim and bring their freediving level certification to take part in this activity.
