We arrived on the pier at 7:30 am, bikes were booked for a full day and were to be delivered at 8 am. No one came at 8, we finally found the phone number to call, they said they would be there at 9:30, the bikes & trainers arrived at 9:45 am. During that morning time it was not raining, it rained in the afternoon 3 times, and we returned the bikes at 3:00. Would have liked to have the 2 hours in the morning when it wasn't raining.

Jesse & Audrey were great in helping us getting used to the bike and came right away to replace the bike when there was an issue with it.
