Nils and other staffs was informative and looking out for our needs. There is a slight problem when we arrived at the meeting spot in Tromso where we can’t find our bus and anyone from the tour but it got sorted out in 15 mins. I was arriving 15 mins earlier than the stated time (as recommended) but turned out that was too early somehow.

They are the best lovelyest people I meet in Tromso. Don’t get me wrong all people I met during the trip were lovely but they are on another level.
Sorry but the meeting point was not clear. We had to stay on the street, no office, no guide in the announced time. They were late. What is more: we were waiting for 2 groups, because they were late, too. So we were sitting on the bus more than 30 minutes for nothing. It was very annoying not to keep the time. The program is from 8 years-old and up. But it was not true. There were 4 kids and 3 of them were only 4-6 years old. (Terrible noise, shouting, crying about not to participate on the program, etc) Next time please keep your rule, as others do not want to waste time and nerve.
Excelent!
