About Winter Tandem Paragliding Flight at Serre Chevalier, near Briançon.
Communication could have been better. Booking online was very simple but there was confusion as to where to meet and when, I received an email informing me to meet my instructor in Villeneuve at 9. However, I waited for 20 mins tried to call the office and mobile number on the email several times, but no reply. Eventually I got through to be told I should have been sent a text about meeting in Briancon at 1030 - which I did not. I then had to rush over the other side of the mountain to meet my instructor Silva. Once I meet him all was OK and he was fantastic.
