With more than 25 years of personal and professional experience in this verdant region of Spain, they offer a selection of tours that include canyoning in the vicinity of the Picos de Europa, Rafting in the Sella or Deva, Quad routes in Cangas de Onis, Horse Riding, Paintball, caving, 4x4 routes through the Peaks of Europe and Hiking in the Ruta del Cares!

A team of passionate and professional instructors, fully certified by the Spanish tourism and safety board, each activity provided by Los Cauces is run and operated by experienced guides - ensuring each adventure is fun, accessible and suitable for the group age and ability level.

From reserves, parks, protected landscapes to natural monuments, there is a total of 65 places that stand out for their landscape, geology or botany in Asturias.

Based only 1km from Arriondas in the direction of Cangas de Onis, they have their own jetty for canoes, a river beach on the banks of the Sella River, a recreational area with an area of 18,000 m², free parking for customers and post-activity services like showers and changing rooms.
