Trace Aventures offers you days and courses of outdoor sports (climbing, white water swimming, canoeing, snowshoeing....) in the Occitanie region.

Trace Aventures is a structure based in Aniane, a village located in the hinterland of Montpellier, near the massif of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, the gorges of the Hérault, the Pic Saint-Loup and the Salagou. It offers days and courses to discover or improve outdoor activities: climbing, caving, canoeing, canyoning, white water swimming, hiking and snowshoeing.

Their activities are open to all and are adapted according to the specificities of the groups. The aim is to discover the region's landscapes through activities on the water, in the air or underground.

The courses take place mainly in Languedoc-Roussillon, in the middle valley of the Hérault, the Caroux massif and the Pyrenees. They are organised by a state-qualified instructor who has a solid expertise in the supervision of sports stays.
