Founded in 2009, Cantabria Activa is an outdoor adventure sports specialist based in the town of Arroyo on the banks of the Ebro reservoir. Working with a team that has over 20 years of experience in the adventure tourism trade, this collective of passionate and professional guides offer signature rafting, canyoning and via ferrata excursions in Picos de Europa National Park and beyond.

A pioneer in action sports and adventure market, Cantabria Activa works to ensure each of its challenging tours respects the natural environment - with a 'leave only footprints' philosophy. Using the local landscape as their playground, their team provides unforgettable days out along the Ebro River, Deva River and the Cantabrian Mountains. Using the area's diverse terrain as inspiration, groups can opt for excursions that sample each element - discovering deep ravines, fast flowing rivers or the upper echelons of the region's peaks.
