Super friendly and funny we had a great time. They helped us with the boats and provided snacks and juice after the first snorkel. They were able to hold a sting ray so that we got to pet them in the water!

Manu, our instructor, was ideal for this activity. He was able to work with all the patrons, and many of them had never been in a kayak before. Kind, courteous, and an outstanding leader.

Would've liked a little more information about where we were going/how long it would take. She seemed more concerned about us staying in a line. There was no guidance when we got to the location (might want to tell people what's the right/wrong way to touch stingrays as a safety precaution). Instructor kept reminding people to look down (which is true in a clear kayak), but it's hard to do so when you're focused on staying close, in a line, but also not running into anyone else. May want to have a second instructor with the group.
