Excellent - great communication leading upto the activity with details on meeting point. Excellent guide who tailored activity to age of children. Activity provider will provide shoes if requested in advance - highly recommend doing this as own shoes will not fit with neoprene socks and they will give a couple of sizes larger to accommodate for this
