Learn more about The 6 Passengers
The 6 Passengers is a diving center created by 3 friends, Ugo Mazzavilanni, Tanguy Bonduel and Frédéric Lhermitte, who decided to live from their passion.
The 6 Passengers diving center is located near the Kia Ora village hotel on the beach of Ohutu Bay. It features a Polynesian style hut well integrated in its environment. The center was created by 3 friends, Ugo Mazzavilanni, Tanguy Bonduel and Frédéric Lhermitte, who decided to live from their passion. With over 20,000 dives in the Rangiroa passes under their belt, you can only trust them!
The 6 Passengers opened in 1995 and owes its name to its philosophy: each dinghy will transport six divers only, for comfort and conviviality concerns, but also for optimum safety reasons!
The director in charge of the club is Frédéric Lhermitte, better known under the nickname of Pitou. He is an experienced and skillful diver, and has gotten a special feeling with animals.
All the instructors are State certified and the diving center is facing the Blue lagoon. Their traditional style "Fare" is open all year long. They can pick you up from where you are staying and take you to the center.
