Jean-Philippe Cartelier, founder of JP Fly and a professional paragliding instructor, is a fan of this activity that rhymes with freedom and discovery!

He has been paragliding for over 20 years already since he made his first flights in 1996. This enthusiast of the air practiced in regional competitions for 3 years before deciding to go into teaching and the tandem flights. That's when he created is own paragliding structure.

He wanted to share his experience with as many people as possible. Having his own school was the best way to stick with his values of flying.
Above all, he wants you to visit the Luchon valley in a unique way, from dawn to dusk, thanks to paragliding!
But above all, he wants to allow you to discover the incredible sensation of flying and share with you the first impression of leaving the ground!
