Vert Intense was created in 1996 by Laurence and Eric, both passionate about mountain sports. Since its creation, Vert Intense proposes to discover the Guadeloupe archipelago by practicing outdoor activities such as canyoning and hiking. Very quickly, other mountain guides joined them in this adventure and are today the pillars of the company!

Vert Intense is based in Saint-Claude, at the gateway to the Guadeloupe National Park in Basse-Terre and at the foot of the Soufrière volcano.

The passionate and experienced instructors of Vert Intense invite you, alone or in a group, occasional hiker or seasoned sportsman, to find the route in the middle of nature that suits you!

Kevin was a marvellous guide. He is a very knowledgeable about all aspects of the tropical forest, geology and volcano. He spoke excellent English.

Our instructor, Kevin, was excellent with the children in our group, we felt fully briefed and safe in his care but pushed ourselves to do something we hadn’t done before. Very competent and confident in his role, friendly, great sense of humour plus really helpful for our family that his English was excellent.
