Gildas Le Pessec founded Rando Réunion Passion in 2001. After many years of competing, training and riding, he decided to share his skills and passion for downhill biking (also known as downhill mountain biking, downhill MTB or mountain biking) with others on the west coast of Reunion Island.

He currently teaches beginners the basic techniques and methods of mountain biking, and helps experts improve their skills and add new tricks to their list of achievements. Gildas started taking part in French cycling competitions at the age of 15 and today has an impressive number of prizes and trophies to his name! His many years of experience have given him the teaching skills needed to meet your mountain biking objectives and criteria.

Situated in the middle of the Indian Ocean, Reunion Island is at an altitude of 3,000 meters: a dream spot for downhill mountain biking, particularly on Mont Maïdo, an adrenalin-fuelled activity! Reunion Island is full of extraordinary places for mountain biking, but Rando Réunion Passion will take you to some of the most beautiful corners of the island for some unforgettable rides and descents.
