Illes Baleares Ballooning was created in 2006 by Jordi after 15 years of flying over Mallorca. He has been flying since 1989 and now has a full team of certified hot air balloon pilots.

The team:

Jordi, Operations Director and Head of flights & has 2,000 flight hours.

Josep, aeronautical engineer, designer of balloons and one of the best pilots. He periodically revises all the equipment. Performing tests of strength in the sails, reviews, burners and cylinders as well as quality control of the baskets.

Julio, pilot with over 200hours of flight. Mountain guide (3500m) & puts the 'A' in adventure!

Carles, experienced pilot with over 1000 hours of flight.

Jordi R, pilot with over 500 hours of flight and TMA (certified as a maintenance technician). He is also president of the National Technical Commission of Ballooning.

Frank, pilot with over 1600 hours of flight.

Together they take you on incredible flying journeys over the beautiful Mallorca with the best equipment and most cautions security measures.

Os instrutores foram fantasticos. Extremamente cordiais, explicam todo o procedimento em diversas línguas e ainda nos permitem interagir com eles durante a montagem e desmontagem do equipamento.
