Feedback from the people we work with is very important, and it's what motivates us every day to continue developing Manawa. Our main objectives are and always will be our customers: people who want to discover new outdoor and adventure activities and our professional partners: who create and organise these incredible outdoor activities!

As far as customer feedback is concerned, we are very satisfied with the feedback we receive and are always looking to improve. In fact, we are proud to be able to share our eKomi page, which includes 100% of customer reviews, without any moderation, since the site was launched in May 2016.

Opinions and feedback from Manawa's partners

Every year, we send our partners a satisfaction questionnaire to get their feedback on Manawa, so that we can continually improve our services and bring more visibility and customers to outdoor and adventure activities.

The results of the 2024 questionnaire, completed by 25% of Manawa's partners (thank you very much!), allow us to share a number of points with you:

• 90% of our partners are satisfied with Manawa's services and 74% would recommend us to other professionals in the sector!
• 92% find it easy to accept, decline or reschedule a booking with Manawa
• Our partners particularly appreciate :
  • The fact that Manawa brings them new customers
  • Our customer service is available 7 days a week
  • Online promotion/visibility of their activities provided by Manawa
• But 64% of respondents would also like to receive more customers from Manawa!

So we all have the same goal, and we're working towards it together! We all want to enable more and more customers to discover the best outdoor and adventure activities so that we can continue to grow together.
