REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISATION OF THE GAME
The company Alentour SAS, which operates the https://www.manawa.com website and whose registered office is at 32 Rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 898 362 868 (hereinafter referred to as the "organising company"), is organising a free competition entitled "Manawa x Intersport competition" (hereinafter referred to as "the competition") from 10/01/2025 to 19/01/2025 (inclusive), in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these rules.
This Game is organised in the form of a competition subject to participation as detailed in article 2 of these rules. The winners will be chosen by random draw on 25/04/2025.
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This free game is open to all users of the https://www.manawa.com website.
Simply taking part in this Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 3 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This Game is a prize draw that takes place on the dates indicated in article 1.
Participation in the Contest is as follows:
Anyone booking a ski, snowboard or snowshoe rental offered by Intersport on the Manawa website during the period from 10 January to 19 January 2025 inclusive is eligible to enter the draw.
To be entered into the draw, the booking must be for equipment hire in France before 30 April 2025.
Bookings subsequently cancelled will not be entered into the draw.
Under no circumstances may the voucher be used to request reimbursement of the reservation already made and which has enabled the winner to enter the draw.
One winner will be drawn each day during the 10-day competition period. One winner will therefore be drawn at random from the bookings made on 10 January, another from the bookings made on 11 January and so on.
ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
10 winners will be drawn at random after the end date of the Contest mentioned in Article 1:
- 1 winner on 10/01 for a category 1 prize
- 1 winner on 11/01 for a category 1 prize
- 1 winner on 12/01 for a category 1 prize
- 1 winner on 13/01 for a category 1 prize
- 1 winner on 14/01 for a category 1 prize
- 1 winner on 15/01 for a category 2 prize
- 1 winner on 16/01 for a category 2 prize
- 1 winner on 17/01 for a category 2 prize
- 1 winner on 18/01 for a category 2 prize
- 1 winner on 19/01 for a category 2 prize
Each winner will be contacted directly by e-mail by the Organising Company within a maximum of 15 days after the draw in order to send or notify them of their prize.
ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
The following prizes will be awarded to valid participants drawn at random and declared winners. Each winner wins a single prize.
List of lots :
Category 1 prize: voucher for the hire of a complete ALPINE SKI or SNOWBOARD pack for 1 person (skis-boots-poles or snowboard-boots) in the Red/Intermediate category. Can be used in any of the 270 Intersport shops in France, after prior reservation. Valid until 30/04/26 for 7 consecutive days' hire, booked at least 3 weeks before departure, subject to availability. The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and valid only for the winner. Theft and breakage insurance not included. Helmet not included. Booking subject to availability. Average price of the prize: €165.
Category 2 prize : voucher for the hire of a complete ALPINE SKI or SNOWBOARD pack for 2 people (skis-boots-poles or snowboard-boots) in the Red/Intermediate category. Can be used in any of the 270 Intersport resort shops in France, after prior reservation. Valid until 30/04/26 for 7 consecutive days' hire, booked at least 3 weeks before departure, subject to availability. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable prize, valid for the winner and one accompanying person. Theft and breakage insurance not included. Helmet not included. Reservation subject to availability. Average price of the prize: €330.
If no reply is received from the winner within 15 days, the Organising Company reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another winner.
The organising company reserves the right to verify the conditions fulfilled by any winner before awarding the prize. The prizes may under no circumstances be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. The organising company may not be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners.
In the event of force majeure, the organising company reserves the right to cancel the prizes won without compensation.
ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF ENTRIES
Participants authorise verification of their identity, failing which their participation will be eliminated.
Likewise, failure to comply with these rules, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating of any kind, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the entrant.
ARTICLE 7 - CHANGE OF GAME DATES AND INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF PRIZES
The organising company shall not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control if it is forced to cancel this Contest. The organising company also reserves the right to extend or limit the participation period, to postpone it or to modify the conditions, and may not be held liable in this regard.
Additions and amendments to these rules may be published during the Contest. They will be considered as annexes to these rules.
ARTICLE 8 - USE OF WINNERS' IDENTITIES
Your personal data is processed by the Organising Company, acting as recipient and data controller, in accordance with the applicable European and French data protection regulations.
You have rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, the right to restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. To exercise these rights, please send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.
ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITIES
The organising company will make its best efforts to allow access to the Game. The organising company may, at any time, in particular for technical, updating or maintenance reasons, interrupt access to the Game. The organising company shall under no circumstances be liable for these interruptions or their consequences. No compensation may be claimed in this respect.
In addition, the organising company may under no circumstances be held liable in the event of problems with the delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail (particularly with regard to the delivery of prizes). Any prize sent by the organising company to a winner that is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost for the winner and will remain the property of the organising company. The organising company cannot be held responsible for the malfunctioning of the Internet network, nor for any delay, loss or damage resulting from the postal and management services.
ARTICLE 10 - INTELLECTUAL, LITERARY AND ARTISTIC PROPERTY RIGHTS
The images used on the Game site(s), the objects represented, the trademarks and trade names mentioned, the graphic elements, the computer elements and the databases making up the Game site(s) are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written authorisation of the latter, on pain of civil and/or criminal proceedings.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA
The organising company uses computer processing for the purpose of managing the Game. The organising company is responsible for processing any personal data that may be collected.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, as well as the right to object, to limit processing and to have it deleted within the framework permitted by the European Regulation.
If, after contacting the Company, the User considers that his/her rights with regard to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties have not been respected, he/she may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
ARTICLE 12 - JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES
Any dispute over the interpretation of the rules will be settled by the organising company.
Participation in this Game implies unreserved acceptance of (i) the present rules in all their stipulations, (ii) the ethical rules in force on the Internet (netiquette, charter of good conduct, etc.) as well as (iii) the laws and regulations in force on French territory and in particular the provisions applicable to the Games and lotteries in force. No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or procedures of the Game or the list of winners will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent within a maximum of 30 days after the end date of the Contest will be accepted. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from the Game systems of the organising company have evidential value in any dispute as regards the connection elements and the computer processing of said information relating to the Game.
Prior to any legal action relating to or in connection with these rules (in particular their application or interpretation), participants undertake to make an amicable and ex gratia appeal to the organising company.
Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts on which the head office of the organising company depends, except in the case of public policy provisions to the contrary.
