Practical information
Introduction to and improvement of surfing in the form of group lessons lasting 1.5 hour.
Theory
After collecting your equipment (surfboard + lycra), your instructor will explain the various safety instructions to be followed on the surf spot: What are the currents? Where are the reefs and how to avoid them? How strong are the waves? What are the rules of priority on the water?
Practice
After the theory, it's time for practice! You will start with an adapted warm-up. After having warmed up your muscles and your cardio, the instructor will propose you pedagogical exercises with personalized advices and/or demonstrations.
Then, you will jump into the water and start rowing. The instructor will be present in the water, at your side. The aim will of course be to try to catch waves and stand up on your board!
Learn the security rules and regulations.
Try to catch as many waves as possible whilst standing up on your board.
And of course have a lot of fun!
Minimum age: from 5 years old, only if the child can swim
