Practical information
Course of events
- Meeting with the team at the Nomad River School base in Saint-Clément-sur-Durance
- Equipment at the base
- Transfer by shuttle bus to the starting point of the rafting trip (about 50 minutes)
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Boarding in the rafts and setting off on a first 30-minute rafting trip down the Gyr River through class V rapids, then another one (also 30 minutes)
- Arrival at the base, de-equipping and end of the activity
Activity requirements
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
