Private Hiking Excursion
Pick-up: 8-8:30 in Reykjavík (previously chosen bus stop near accommodation)
You will start at Skogafoss, a truly magnificent waterfall.
Next up is Sólheimajökull, an outlet glacier of the Mýrdalsjökull. This is where you will hike on the ice, exploring glacial features and learning about its formation.
You will continue on a black sandy beach, Reynisfjara which is the most visited beach on the South Coast of Iceland.
The excursion will end with a visit to Seljalandsfoss, another classic Icelandic waterfall with a twist.
Hiking boots must be worn: it will not be possible to add the crampons required for the activity to other footwear.
It is very important to wear warm clothing, preferably waterproof so that you can enjoy the excursion to the full.
Please let us know how many people there are in your group.
Once your booking has been confirmed, please contact the instructor to plan the pick-up time and place for your activity.
