For this excursion, you'll depart from Longyearbyen and embark on a boat tour to Nordenskiöld Glacier

Course of events
  • Pick-up from your listed accommodation in Longyearbyen (please specify when booking)
  • Transfer to the departure point
  • Board the Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB)
  • Receive safety briefing and equipment (floating suit, life vest, shoes and goggles)
  • The boat tour begins!
  • Sail along Isfjorden
  • Stop on land at Billefjorden
  • Sail to Nordenskiöldbreen Glacier
  • Discover the bird nesting sites
  • Sail to Skansebukta
  • Pass by Pyramiden
  • Enjoy lunch and hot drinks
  • Sail back to Longyearbyen
  • Return transfer to your listed accommodation in Longyearbyen
