Practical information
The 7-hour descent provides ample time for leisure, allowing you to fully enjoy your journey, take refreshing swims, indulge in a picnic amidst nature's embrace, and revel in the scenic beauty around you.
You can plan a picnic at the Bois des Frères area, a picturesque spot offering pontoons, drinking water, and restroom facilities.
You have the option to rent a kayak suitable for one or two individuals.
Please note that this is an autonomous activity and does not include an instructor.
- Departure: Pointe de la Jonction - Sentier des Saules
- Arrival: Peney-Dessous. Return transportation to be arranged independently (TPG/bus nearby)
- Minimum age: 6 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult)
- Participants must have basic swimming skills
- Remember to bring a valid ID, which will be returned to you upon equipment return to Rafting Loisirs.
- Please be aware that if you arrive more than half an hour late, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Plan your return from Peney in advance to ensure a smooth journey back.
- Personal belongings and dry clothes can be stored in a provided 24-liter waterproof barrel (height: 44cm, diameter: 30cm, lid diameter: 20cm). One canister per boat.
