- Distribution of surfing equipment

- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Start of 2-hour surf lesson at Plettenberg Bay, adapted to group level

- Storage of equipment at the end of the lesson and end of the activity

Objectives

- Learn basic water & beach safety

- Discover surf equipment

- Perfect paddling techniques

- Learn to stand up, keep your balance and position yourself correctly

- Practice on green waves (for intermediate levels)

Activity requirements

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
