Located in Northern Norway, Tromsø is one of the best places in the world to observe the breathtaking natural phenomenon of the Northern Lights. During this excursion, you'll leave the lights of the city behind and travel into the Arctic wilderness in search of the best places to view the Aurora Borealis. Beforehand, your local guide will check the forecasts and use their expertise to decide upon the best spot to chase the Northern Lights. Also, while you're in the wilderness, you will help collect data for the Citizen Science project using a validated scientific method.

Once the location has been decided, you and your group, willput on your winter gear of thermal suits and boots. Then, you'll gather around a cosy campfire and enjoy a delicious meal. You'll relax, unwind, and take in the vibrant colours of the Northern Lights. In addition, your guide is happy to offer nighttime photo-taking tips and will take pictures of you and your group to mark the occasion. (They will be sent to you after the tour.) Afterwards, you'll be treated to a steaming cup of hot chocolate before the transfer back to Tromsø (several listed locations are available, please specify when booking).
