During this guided bike and kayak hybrid tour, you will have the chance to e-bike through Kailua town to Kailua Beach Park and then kayak to Moku Nui Island where you can take in the gorgeous scenery around you and the wildlife that calls it home, including sea turtles and monk seals, go on an exploratory hike to the Queen’s Bath and its surrounding tidepools, and enjoy a beach picnic lunch!

Before heading out on your guided e-bike and kayaking tour, you will receive all the necessary safety and activity briefings at the Active Oahu storefront. From there, your guide will attach the kayaking gear to his bike and lead you down to the beach. Once there, your guide will teach you how to get in and out of your kayak safely and also show you how to paddle so that you can head out into the water confidently!

During the 60-80 minute paddle out to the island, for the extra adventurous among you, there will be the option of stopping at Popoi’a Island or the equally beautiful Lanikai Beach to do some snorkelling. On your way out to the Mokes, or Twin Islands, your guide will share their knowledge about the local sea life and surrounding area, and on Moku Nui Island, they will guide your explorations before serving you lunch on the beach! Paddling back to Kailua Beach after your time on the island, you will have an incredible view of the striking Ko'olau mountain range to accompany your return journey. Finally, once you make it back to the Active Oahu base, you will be greeted with a shave ice – a Hawaiian classic – to top it all off!
