Experience a unique immersion in the mangroves of Guadeloupe during a canoe tour on the Moustique River in Sainte-Rose, followed by a cassava tasting!

Discovering the mangrove by canoe in Guadeloupe is a must, as this ecosystem between land and sea is the essential habitat of many species of birds, crustaceans and other animals. It is also a symbol of the island, so it would be a shame not to take the time to learn more about it, especially with a guide to accompany you on your canoe tour on the Moustique River in Sainte-Rose! You will spend nearly 3 hours cruising along the river in an inflatable canoe, in the heart of the mangrove swamp, a sublime natural setting.

To make your outing as rewarding as possible, your guide will suggest that you follow your discovery of the mangroves by canoe in Guadeloupe with a tasting of cassava, a traditional dish made from manioc flour that can be eaten sweet or salty. You will have the pleasure of discussing your experience while eating at La kassaverie de Sainte-Rose, which also has a farm that you will visit with a guide once you have finished your lunch.

This excursion, which combines canoeing in the mangroves of Sainte-Rose with cassava tasting, is an original way to immerse yourself in the local culture of Guadeloupe. It is an unforgettable nature getaway for families, couples and friends, accessible from the age of 4, provided you can swim. So why not join Gwada Gonflé in Sainte-Rose and canoe down the Moustique River in Guadeloupe?
