For this excursion, you can choose a private lesson for one participant with the instructor, or a semi-private lesson for two participants with the instructor. Upon arrival at the starting point on Plaka Beach, you'll meet the certified guide and receive the high-quality wingfoiling gear (wing, board, wet suit, impact vest and helmet). The qualified instructor will start with the basics, teaching you how to operate the equipment and the safety guidelines. The sport involves using a handheld inflatable wing to capture wind while riding a foil board. You'll practice flying the wing on the beach first, where you'll have plenty of space to progress. You'll learn how to control the wing on land, including steering, power control, and handling in different wind directions. Once you feel comfortable, you'll proceed to the radio-assisted deep water plan.

The instructor will provide guidance through the radio while you practice getting up on the foil in deep water, manage balance and stance, try pumping techniques to maintain lift, and practice turns, transitions, and self-rescue. As you glide seamlessly across the waves of the Aegean Sea, you'll be treated to stunning views of the golden sandy shore and crystal-clear waters. Your safety is always a high priority, and a rescue boat will be waiting on standby in case of any emergencies. At the end of your wingfoiling lesson in Naxos, you'll return to the kite centre on Plaka Beach.
