The adventure begins at the Kite Centre on Plaka Beach, the only one in the area. You'll be greeted by the IKO International Kiteboarding Organization certified instructor, who will go through a short introduction to the lesson. You can book a private lesson with 1-on-1 guidance, or a semi-private lesson for 2 people with the instructor. Then, you'll receive the kitesurfing equipment (kite, board, harnesses, wet suit, impact vest and helmet) and get dressed, before walking for 1 minute to the departure point. No previous experience is needed, the guide will adapt the lesson to suit your needs.

For intermediate riders, the guide can teach you more difficult skills such as body dragging, power strokes, body drag upwind, and water start. While kitesurfing at Plaka Beach, you'll be treated to mesmerising views of the blue sea and white sands of Naxos, as you jump and perform tricks across the waves! The guide will provide radio assistance from the boat throughout the lesson. A rescue boat is always on standby to ensure your safety and comfort in the water.
