Half-Day Sailing Trip on the Athenian Riviera

The Athenian Riviera is a stunning coastal stretch in the southern suburbs of Athens, extending from the historic city centre to the southernmost point of the Attica Peninsula at Cape Sounion. Beautiful beaches, luxurious resorts, and historical sites are dotted along this vibrant coastline.

The half-day sailing adventure begins at the starting point at Alimos Marina in Athens. Spend some time swimming and snorkelling around the island, exploring the remnants of a WWII shelter hidden beneath the islet's rugged terrain.

The trip then continues to the Vouliagmeni area located on the Athenian Riviera, just 20 kilometres (12 miles) south of Athens' city centre. You'll stop at a serene bay off the coast of the peaceful Astir Beach, where you'll enjoy another refreshing swim away from the crowds. After your swim, the skipper will begin sailing back towards Alimos.

Along the way, a delicious meal consisting of seafood pasta with salads and appetizers, beer, wine, and beverages, will be served. On the sunset cruise, this is the moment to enjoy the magnificent view of the sun slowly descending on the horizon. The sunset's vibrant colours will light up the sky against the backdrop of the Peloponnese Mountains. At the end of the half-day sailing trip, you'll return to the starting point at Alimos Marina in Athens.
