Admire the beauty of the Mediterranean seabed along the Esterel creeks with a first dive in Fréjus!
Whether it is your very first time underwater or you have already been underwater before, this first scuba diving experience in Fréjus is open to anyone wishing to discover the Mediterranean underwater world, even if they don't know how to swim, as long as they are aged 8 or over. Accompanied by a qualified instructor who will teach you the basics of scuba diving, you will enjoy an experience in complete safety, to a maximum depth of 6 metres.
Depending on what you want, you can choose between a "classic" first dive in Fréjus, lasting 15 to 20 minutes underwater, or a "privilege" first dive that will allow you to enjoy the activity for 30 to 40 minutes underwater. In both cases, you will dive alone alongside an instructor who will guide you and show you the incredible underwater flora and fauna that can be seen along the Esterel creeks (shoals of sars, conger eels, starfish, groupers, etc.). Depending on the weather, you may go to the Lion de Mer, the Île d'Or near Saint-Raphaël, or other wonderful diving sites that are accessible to absolute beginners, with water temperatures of over 20°C between June and October!
With some of the most beautiful underwater sites on the French Riviera, the Estérel coast is a diver's paradise. So be sure to book your first dive in Fréjus if you fancy discovering scuba diving on the French Riviera, halfway between Cannes and Saint-Tropez!
