Practical information
First dive in Fréjus with 2 options:
- a "classic" first dive between 15 to 20 minutes underwater;
- a "privilege" first dive between 30 to 40 minutes underwater.
- Welcome at the dive centre (between the road bridge and the pedestrian footbridge, between the Kokonut and the Salombo) over a coffee with the instructor to get to know each other
- Quick briefing on the equipment, how it works and safety instructions
- Boarding the boat and briefing on the activity as you sail to the dive site (5 to 20 minutes)
- Set up your diving equipment with the help of your instructor once you arrive on site
- Launching with the instructor (one diver per instructor) for 20 or 40 minutes of immersion, depending on the option chosen ("classic" or "privilege" first dive)
- Return onboard the boat, de-equipment, then sailing back to the centre
- Disembarkation, then debriefing with your instructor while enjoying a snack before receiving your first dive certificate
You don't need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications (asthma, heart or lung disease, etc.) and be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant people.
If you wish to take part in the activity as a companion on board the boat without taking part in the dive, it is possible for a supplement of €25 to be paid on site: please make your request directly to the instructor once the booking request for participants in the first dive has been confirmed.
