Guided Hike in the Richtis gorge near Heraklion

The Richtis Gorge is located in the eastern part of the island of Crete, near the village of Exo Mouliana and the town of Sitia. They are renowned for their natural beauty and ecological diversity. Your hike will follow the river gorges and the green landscape: plane trees, oleanders and the scent of aromatic plants will be ever-present. The beautiful Richtis waterfall, 20 metres high, forms a pond at its base and gives its name to the whole gorge. Here you can rest and bathe in the cool water of the waterfall. Once you've rested, you'll return to the starting point along the same route.
