Beginners Scuba Diving Experience along the Costa Adeje, Tenerife

This introduction to scuba diving in the waters of Costa Adeje, in Tenerife, is designed to give you the opportunity to try out scuba diving under the direct supervision of professional instructors. After a brief session covering the basic theory of scuba diving, you will get the opportunity to try out the equipment in shallow waters.

You will learn some basic scuba diving skills such as mask clearing and how to equalize your air spaces. During a theoretical lesson, you will be given all the safety and technical information you’ll need for your first scuba dive with the instructor. Then, you'll get to try out and start using the diving equipment, so that you can get used to it. Finally, the course will conclude with a shallow dive (approximately 12m) on the beautiful Costa Adeje, guided by one of the crew's professional divers.

During your try scuba diving experience in Tenerife, you will be guided by an expert instructor, and there will be a maximum of 2 students per instructor, so you will be taken care of and, if there are any mishaps, you won't need to worry, since there will be someone there to help and guide you at all times. Make sure to inform your instructor about any health conditions you might have that can affect your scuba diving experience, and don't forget that flying is forbidden at least 12 hours after your dive.
