Course of events

- Meet at Empire 47 - 26 Rue du Pied des Pentes, Lac-Delage, QC G3C 5A2, Canada.
- Participants are welcomed and given the necessary rental documents.
- Presentation of your identification.
- Bike fitting: saddle and suspension adjustments.
- Briefing by an instructor on equipment and safety rules and suggested routes.
- 3-hour mountain bike ride on the trails accompanied by a guide and daily access to Empire 47 park.
- Return to reception, hand over your equipment and collect your ID.

Activity requirements

Knowing how to ride a bike and being in good physical condition is compulsory for this activity.
