Depending on the weather, you can fly either over the beach of Santa Barbara or over the crater of Sete Cidades. Either way, you'll be amazed by the aerial views offered by your paragliding flight in São Miguel.

Don't worry if you're inexperienced, your instructor will take care of everything. First he'll give you a safety briefing, then he'll show you how to take off and land. During your 15 to 20-minute flight, you'll have nothing to do but admire the scenery. What's more, there are no pre-requisites to take part, and the activity is accessible even to children aged 8 and over. So why hesitate?
