Canyoning at Salto do Cabrito in São Miguel with a professional guide.
- 5 different waterfalls where you can jump, slide or abseil, the largest being 16 metres long can be abseiled down.
Please allow 4 hours on site, including around 3.5 hours of canyoning.
- Meet your guide at the parking
- When you arrive, your guide will give you your personal equipment (harness, wetsuit, canyoning shoes and helmet).
- Then it's a short walk to the canyon for your first safety briefing (30 minutes)
- Descent of the Salto do Cabrito canyon with your guides for around 3.5 hours.
- Return walk (2 minutes)
- Debriefing, de-equipping and end of the activity.
The activity is open to beginners but you need to be able to swim and be in good physical condition to take part.
- Minimum height: 120 cm

📍 The access road to the meeting point will be reserved exclusively for participants. If you have any doubts about the signage, don't worry, you have permission. At the end of the sloping road, you'll reach a gravel car park and meet up with your guide.
