Coasteering à Arrábida

The instructors will be waiting at the meeting point, from them the equipment is going to be provided, follow but some instructions and afterward the adventure will start.

Coasteering is a complete sport that combines different kinds of activities in one. The main idea is that you will be flying directly to the water, but this multi-activity includes also walking, climbing, rappelling, swimming, and doing a bunch of jumps into the crystalline waters of the Arrábida mountain range.

Definitely a perfect combination of sports, adventure, and enjoying the fascinating view.
