Surfing lessons and courses in Bidart

- Meet at Parking des Embruns - 64210 Bidart.
- Meeting with the instructor and briefing on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Distribution of equipment.
- Warm-up on the beach.
- Surf lesson and application of the techniques taught by the instructor for 1h30.
- De-equipping, rinsing and cleaning of equipment.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

The school is particularly careful to create a secure surfing environment for the students (surf in swimmer-free zones, protection handles on the board, flashy lycras...).
