Lower part of Canyon of Bitet in the Ossau Valley, Laruns

- Meet at Piscine D'Ayguebere - 64440 Laruns.
- Equipment set up.
- 25-minute approach walk to the canyon.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Water and foot excursions, slides, jumps up to 32 meters maximum and abseils of up to 35 metres for 5 hours.
- 5-minute return walk.
- Return of equipment and debriefing.

It is imperative to be able to swim and to be in very good physical condition to do this activity.
