Practical information
Come and surf the waves of the Atlantic Ocean on a Stand Up Paddle and discover the beauty of Hendaye and the Basque coast.
Course of events
- Meet at Gold Coast Surf School Hendaye - 71 Bd de la Mer, 64700 Hendaye.
- Meeting with the instructor and briefing on the marine environment, equipment and safety rules.
- Distribution of equipment.
- Warm-up on the beach.
- Stand Up Paddle lesson lasting an hour and a half, starting with exercises and practice on the sand, followed by exercises and practice in the water.
- Review of the session and handover of equipment.
Activity requirements
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
