SSI freediving course in Antibes

Day 1

The team welcomes you at the center at 8.30 am. Once the introductions are made, you will be given a briefing on freediving in general. You will start the activity with a ventilation and relaxation session before heading to the pool.

- Discovery of the notions of buddy system and safety
- Lunch break
- 1.30 pm : initiation to the disciplines of vertical freediving in the sea
- Return to the pool around 5 pm and debriefing

Day 2 : a day at sea.

- Morning session with freediving on a cable
- Noon : picnic break
- Afternoon: exploration snorkeling on the natural site of the Pelagos sanctuary
