First of all, you will dive in the pool in the morning. The objective will be to familiarise you with the diving equipment and the new sensations: breathing, ear compensation, buoyancy, communication, etc. All of this in shallow water so that you can get used to the activity slowly.

Then in the afternoon, you will take the boat at the Marina de la Baie des Anges, between Nice and Cannes, to leave for one of the sites of the Cap d'Antibes and apply the skills you have acquired while discovering the richness of the Mediterranean biotope. The dive will take place in a maximum of 12 metres of water, depending on the comfort level of each diver.

Accompanied by an experienced guide throughout this adventure, you will be able to take your first steps in complete serenity.
