Descent of the Aime rapids
Practical information
The 16 km rafting descent of the Isère river stretches either from Bourg Saint-Maurice to Aime or from Bellentre to Centron and always assures you a passage through the Aime rapids, the course of the world canoeing championships!

- Average difficulty of 3 out of 5
- 2 chains of rapids
- 9 people per boat + your instructor
You'll meet your instructor at the AN Rafting base and he will brief you on the activity.
You'll take the shuttle bus for a few minutes and reach the pontoon. There, you'll analyse the descent and the difficulties before getting onboard your canoe rafting.
Your instructor will manage the direction of the boat and you will paddle to give speed and pass the rapids!
Participant must know how to swim.
