Surfing lessons in Moliets et Maa in Landes

You will have 5 x 2 hour surfing lessons.

Programme:
- You will meet at Soon Line where you’ll be introduced to your instructor
- You’ll be presented with the equipment you'll be using
- Then you’ll make your way to the chosen spot (this will depend on your level)
- Your instructor will brief you on the exercises you will be practicing as well as the security regulations
- You’ll warm up
- Your instructor will on-hand at all times to guide you throughout your lesson
- You’ll have a debrief at the end, your instructor will advise you on what techniques you need to improve
