Practical information

4 half-days including 3 hours of one-to-one practice with the instructor, ideal for an in-depth, personalised introduction to speedriding, with the chance to practice independently on a known site

Course of events

- Meeting with the instructor in front of the paragliding school, then transfer to the practice site by shuttle bus

- Discovery of the equipment and briefing on the course

- Start of the 3-hour speedriding course in Morzine

- Return to the paragliding school by shuttle once the activity is over, then plan of the next session

Objectives

- Learn the basics of speedriding in complete safety

- Work on the skills in Cycle 1 of the FFVL progression chart

- Achieve autonomous practice on a known site, in calm conditions

Activity requirements

A very good level of skiing is required to take part in this activity (you need to be able to ride any type of snow).
