Practical information

A 4-hour guided sea kayaking tour of the West Coast National Park, where you can see wildlife, learn about the history of the area, including the whaling station, Saldana Steel and Postberg, and enjoy a pleasant picnic break on a deserted beach.

Course of events

- Meeting with the guide on Langebaan beach

- Distribution of sea kayaking equipment

- Briefing on the activity, paddle handling and safety instructions

- Launching of the kayaks

- Departure for a 4-hour guided sea kayaking excursion in the West Coast National Park, including a picnic break on a deserted beach

- Return to the beach, equipment storage and end of the activity

Activity requirements

Maximum weight: 242 lbs / 110 kg

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
