Scuba Diving Discovery at Sanary-sur-Mer

Please allow 2 half-days (only afternoon) in a row for the whole experience.

• Reception at the diving centre in the port of Sanary-sur-Mer, on the Wilson quay
• Distribution of diving equipment and fitting of wetsuits in the centre's changing rooms (separate men's and women's changing rooms)
• Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
• Launch into the pool for approximately 1 hour of practical diving exercises to a depth of 5 metres maximum, alone with the instructor (1 instructor per diver)
• Debriefing of the activity over hot tea and end of the first half-day
• The next day, welcome at the centre, distribution of diving equipment and fitting of wetsuits in the changing rooms
• Boarding the boat in front of the dive centre
• 15 to 20-minute navigation to the dive site with safety briefing
• Launching into the sea for up to 1 hour of immersion to a maximum depth of 6 metres, alone with the instructor (1 instructor per diver)
• Hot tea at the end of your dive, then 15 to 20-minute navigation back to the centre
• Return of diving equipment with the possibility of a hot shower at the centre
• Debriefing of the activity and end of the activity

You don't need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.

You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity (ear infections, sinusitis, heart problems, diabetes, etc.): if you have any of these health problems, please consult your doctor before booking.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
