Catamaran Rental in the bay of Saint-Gilles les Bains, Reunion Island

Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes on site, including 1 hour catamaran rental.

• Arrive and meet the team at the Base Nautique de l'Ouest
• Equipment and signing the rental contract
• Launch with a zodiac 200m from the coast to make it easier
• 1 hour catamaran sailing
• Return to the rendezvous point agreed with the instructor (200m offshore) to return with the zodiac
• Changing and showering

You need to be able to sail a catamaran independently (there can be big waves on the barrier reef), know how to gybe and tack, and know how to reset the boat and the sails to rent a catamaran.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult or show parental authorisation to take part in this activity.

The maximum weight on the catamaran is 250 kg.

Depending on the weather conditions on the day, your rental may have to be rescheduled so that it can take place in complete safety. It's difficult to plan ahead, and sometimes the activity isn't confirmed until the day of.

This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with motor, mental/psychic/cognitive disabilities.

Pets are not allowed on site.
